BEATMANIA, THE CLUB EVENT THING - 11/21/10 - 100

Sorry for forgetting a few. I’ve been doing other writing, and I’m easily distrac - SHINIES.

Anyway, hit up MOGRA, the club in Akihabara, for 20, November, another 6 hours of dancing action. This one’s in the afternoon, so it was a bit less busy.
-I- was one of the most active people on the floor. What’s up with that?

The music was … alright. What’s weird, is hearing a Bemani song you like come on, and having no idea how to dance to it.
I mean. Xepher.
HOW?

Also, I was the only one who knew the lyrics to The Safari.

LOVE HOTELS - 11/16/10 - 36

“Have you seen any recently? Show me, show me!”

Pause inserted to allow audience to spit out their drinks.

“My parents want a picture of one, for some reason.”

That gosh Japan and their love hotels.

AKIHABARA (part N+11) - 11/14/10 - 64

Two of my friends want me to take them around Akihabara today.

They’re not particularly into anime or stuff; they have an appreciation for Ghibli works, but probably wouldn’t touch anything else.

So I’m guessing it’s just out of curiosity, that I’ve been turned into a tour guide.
But I keep thinking “Are you sure…!?”

I will probably accidentally scar them a lot today.

KURAGEHIME OP, COMING TO A CONVENIENCE STORE NEAR YOU - 11/13/10 - 21

I don’t understand why these things happen, but I enjoy them when they do, skipping to the beat of the song.

11 PM - 11/12/10 - 62

I’ve sort of been a responsible person, and go to bed around this time since I get up at 6 AM for class.

I thought it was a more ‘Japanlike’ schedule, since many students have early class and have to commute long ways to class,
but then I get messages from my Japanese friends at 2 AM and I’m like
daaaaaaaaaaaaang it 9 AM class

NOT ABOUT SHIBUYA - 11/11/10 - 59

It is Shi-big-ya.
The thing that amazes me the most still, is that I managed to buy a set of things that look sort of, but aren’t exactly like, mahjong tiles, that appear to be promotional tie-ins for a Hayate H-doujin.
Also the fact that it took me an hour to find Animate, even with a map. SO BIG

HETALIA - 11/9/10 - 38

My econ teacher was talking about the “relationship between Russia and Japan”,
and the first thing I thought was
“Man, I wonder if the fangirls ship that.”

IT’S GETTING TO ME

I HAVEN’T EVEN WATCHED IT YET

aaaaaaa

SPORTS DAY - 11/7/10 - 78

We played that one game where you have three students on the bottom, holding up one student with a flag on top, and each team tries to grab all the others’ flags.

Number of guys I embraced closely: 1
Number of girls I had lunch with: 1
Number of guys I danced with: 1
Number of girls whose hands I held: 2
Amount of times I tried to look moe while doing those goddamn heart hands again: 1

Also, I suck at kickball.

VERY BIG T-SHIRTS - 11/6/10 - 56

Touhou Kinema Club part 2:
I got a T-shirt from the concert because T-SHIRTS ARE COOL YEAH.
Except they gave me an extra-large when I ordered a large.

My friend commented it looks like a dress.
She said all I need is leggings.

She refused my invitation to help me shop for lingerie and other clothes, though.

WHAT I DID LAST NIGHT INSTEAD OF STUDYING KANJI - 11/5/10 - 79

read half of a very awesome book written by very awesome people with very awesome worldviews
started using Anki, entered all my vocab into it, and then did nothing with it
donated money becuase I couldn’t think of a reason not to
looped HORIZON for three hours

so basically this should be a great night and I should feel good except for the fact I’m going to ace the grammar section and get like 30% on the kanji section tommorow
